Our dental membership plans give patients an easy way to stay on top of routine care while enjoying savings on treatment throughout the year; all without the hassle of dental insurance.
This membership plan is not considered an insurance plan and cannot be used in conjunction with any insurance plans, care credit, or third-party financing. This is a 12-month plan and the annual fee is due in full upon joining. Plans are non-refundable and do not roll over into the following year. This plan cannot be used with any other specials or on products. Patient’s portion for any treatment is due in full before treatment is provided. This plan is only valid and may only be used at Restoration Dental Studio.
