We love to see our patients as often as we can, but we do understand that circumstances get in the way of appointments sometimes. Please refer to the following guidelines for our cancellation policy, and any associated fees.

  • Please be advised that any cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time via email, text, or phone call (see contact information below) will be processed without a penalty.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or less before a scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $50 non-refundable fee. This fee must be paid before being able to reschedule. *Please note that if we have a card on file for the patient, we will not charge it unless authorized to do so.
  • If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than once, we must collect the estimated patient portion for the appointment before rescheduling you. *Please note that this policy refers to ALL cancellations or rescheduled appointments, regardless of a 48 hour notice.*
  • If you are a no-show to your appointment and do not inform us that you will not be there, your account will incur a $50 non-refundable fee with no exceptions. This must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

48 hours is a timeframe based on our days in-office (Monday-Friday) and does not include weekends or holidays.

If Restoration Dental Studio needs to reschedule your appointment, there will be no penalty. 

We understand that there are extenuating circumstances that come up less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations fees are subject to review by patient and treatment coordinators at Restoration Dental Studio.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT: We will send you a confirmation text one week prior to your appointment to the phone number on file for you.  If you do not confirm your appointment, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to see you at that time. This policy is set as a courtesy to our office staff and their schedules, as well as other patients. Additionally, it allows us to be fully prepared for your visit.

Please be advised that these policies are in place as a courtesy to other patients, as well as yourself. Our office offers many different services, including emergency dental exams, and late cancellations may prohibit us from being able to provide necessary services to other patients.
